Hi,

I'm in the process of migrating auch website from squid to varnish as reverse
proxy. I use a system to dynamicaly add and remove backends. This system
creates new configs via vcl.inline. Works fine so far. but new configs are
created some times in 10 sec intervals. So the config list gets quite crowded
quite soon.

When i try to delete old configs via vcl.discard I get an "CLI communication
error (hdr)"

here is an example cli session

 telnet localhost 6082
Trying 127.0.0.1...
Connected to localhost.
Escape character is '^]'.

Type 'quit' to close CLI session.
