Sure:

net.ipv4.tcp_max_tw_buckets = 180000
net.ipv4.tcp_tw_recycle = 0
net.ipv4.tcp_tw_reuse = 0

As far as I know there should be a log message created, if the
tw_bucket_limit was hit. We didn't found anything similar.

We have standard settings:

net.ipv4.conf.default.rp_filter=1
net.ipv4.icmp_echo_ignore_broadcasts = 1

and modified settings:
