how to flush all cache

Hello,

I looked at the FAQ and its insufficient. I would love to contribute to
it once I get this working. I have been contributing to the
Amanda project and I am a believer in open source and taking the time to
help others. Varnish is great , but documentation is inadequate to say
the least.
