url.purge only operates on the URL part of the request, not on the
Host: header part.

If you need to select on both host+url you need to use hash.purge
CLI command and the hash string, by default is built from URL first
and host last, so the command to purge 
	http://foo.bar.com/index.html
would be:
	hash.purge "index.html#foo.bar.com#"
