Waitinglist counters

[Martin Blix Grydeland]

Reminder, and request for feedback, to implement log statements when
requests are put on waitinglist. If those log statements also included how
many items are already on that list, this could be interesting data to feed
to varnishhist and help identify buggy VCL situations early.
