 Hi,
 each log line in varnishncsa is based on a single (client)request, this
 means that varnishncsa has access to the VCL_Log variables, but you'll
 have a visible output only if the VCL_Log variable comes from a
 (client)request.

 "Non-request transactions are ignored" from varnishncsa man page.
