Comment:

 I can't seem to reproduce a problem in the above (using -trunk, I don't
 think there is any significant changes relative to 1.x).

 I do note that one of your addresses are invalid: "65.173.213." lacks a
 byte after the last period.

 Please provide more information about what actually happens when you try,
 run varnishd with -d -d and see if there are complaints etc.
